Translator Selection and Training
We invest heavily in the continuous search for great translators. Each year we receive thousands of applications and each one undergoes our Selection Management process.
Project Management
Every translation project is managed by a Project Manager working at our office. The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the client's satisfaction.
Quality Plan

Our Quality Plan revolves around three points:

• guaranteeing the quality of each translation,

• improving the quality of future translations based on translator evaluations

• adjusting our company's underlying processes based on quality assessments.

Final Delivery
The Project Manager handles the delivery of the translated documents to the clients in any format, either by email or, if required, by snail mail.
